Delivery

We aim to dispatch goods within 3 working days of acceptance of your order but please allow up to 5 days for your order to arrive.  Please note this does not include Saturday or Sunday.

Delivery charge is free on all UK mainland orders over £60 and charged at £4.95 per order for all orders under £60.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly will be charged based on weight, size and value.  We will confirm the cost of delivery before despatching your products.

Very rarely, an item may be temporarily out of stock. We will inform you if this is the case as soon we have received your order and advise you of a delivery date.

Please ensure there is someone available to sign for your parcel.  Please note that should you require your items to be sent to a third party address i.e. office or other location.  Kiddyriffic cannot be held responsible for any deliveries signed for but undelivered. 

Please note in some cases your order may be sent in more than 1 parcel. If you do not receive everything you were expecting in your delivery, please wait until the end of 7 working days from date of order before contacting us as the goods will be in transit.
