Frequently Asked Questions
When will my order be delivered? We aim to dispatch the goods within 3 working days of acceptance of your order. You will receive an email when your item has been scheduled for despatch.
Can I cancel my order? You have the right to cancel your order at any time providing you act within 14 working days from date of delivery of the goods. If you would like to cancel your order prior to dispatch of goods please email customercare@kiddyriffic.com. If your order has already been dispatched please follow our guidelines in our returns & exchange section.
What do I do if I submit an incorrect order? If there are any problems with your order, please send us an email at customercare@kiddyriffic.com or call us on 020 3397 1047 and we will be happy to assist you.
How long do I have to return a faulty purchase? All of our products are thoroughly checked for any defects before being sent out. Unfortunately we do get the occasional faulty product(s) delivered. Should you have any problems with your order, you have 7 days to report the fault to us for a refund or a replacement item. Please follow the guidelines in our returns & exchange section.
Is paying online secure? Yes. We do not hold any debit or credit card information. Payments are processed through PayPal. With PayPal Buyer Protection, qualified purchases are eligible for up to £500.00 coverage at no additional cost.
Incorrect Delivery Details If your delivery is signed by another party as a result of you providing us with incorrect delivery details, Kiddyriffic cannot be held responsible for any loss you incur as a result.
How do I exchange or return a gift? Gift returns are eligible for exchanges and store credit only Please follow the guidelines in our returns and exchanges section.
