Returns and Exchanges
RETURNS GUIDELINES
At Kiddyriffic, we are happy to refund or exchange any products you are not completely happy with within 14 days from date of delivery as long as the following criteria are met:
- The product(s) were purchased from Kiddyriffic
- The product(s) is new and unused and in a resalable condition. If we receive items that have been used or damaged, we will not be able to process it for refund or exchange. We will then return the product(s) to you and you will have to incur the total cost of sending the items(s) back to you.
- The product has not been assembled
- All original packaging, including warranties, inner packaging and tags are present and in good condition.
Any costs incurred in returning items to us will not be refunded with the exception of faulty products.
Returns or Exchange Process
If requesting to return a product, please follow the instructions below to ensure your returns are dealt with efficiently:
Do not send the product to us; send an email to customercare@kiddyriffic.com with the following information:
- Name
- Address
- Order Number
- Daytime telephone
- Item(s) and quantities to be returned
- Reason for return
- Confirm whether you will like a refund or product exchanged
Once we receive the email, we will review and respond promptly with a PRODUCT RETURN CODE and details of the address to send your returns to. Please write this code clearly on your dispatch note which would have been emailed to you or included in your delivery.
When returning items, please obtain proof of delivery as claims for lost returns will not be accepted.
Upon receipt and inspection of your products, Kiddyriffic will either issue a refund of the purchase price paid less any coupons, discounts and delivery charges if applicable or send replacement item(s) in the case of exchanges.
We endeavor to process refunds or exchanges quickly but please allow up to 7 days for your returns to be processed.
FAULTY PRODUCTS
We always want our product(s) to arrive in perfect condition; unfortunately we do get the occasional faulty product(s) delivered. We apologise for this and we’ll do our best to resolve the problem quickly and at no extra cost to you.
Please note that any faulty product(s) must be reported within 7 days from date of delivery.
Do not return the product to us; send an email to customercare@kiddyriffic.com with the following information:
- Name
- Address
- Order Number
- Daytime telephone
- Faulty product (s)
- Describe defect on the product(s)
Once we receive the email, we will review and respond promptly with a PRODUCT RETURN CODE and details of the address to send your faulty product(s) to. Please write this code clearly on your dispatch note which would have been emailed to you or included in your delivery.
When returning items, please obtain proof of delivery as claims for lost returns will not be accepted.
Upon receipt and inspection of the faulty product, we may send you a replacement but if the product is no longer available, we will issue a refund of the total purchase price paid plus any postage charges incurred by you when the product was returned. The cost of return delivery charges is determined by method of shipping used, the package weight and dimensions.
If after inspection, it is determined that the item(s) is not faulty, the criteria for processing normal returns or exchange will apply.
