Product Specifications and Prices
All effort is made to ensure that all prices and specifications are correct on the website; however we reserve the right to alter prices and specifications as necessary.
All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will.
All prices quoted on this website are in Pounds Sterling and include VATat the applicable rate where required.
All products and offers are subject to availability.
Payment
We are happy to accept payment by Cheque and any of the following credit or debit cards: MasterCard, Maestro, Visa Credit, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Solo or JCB
You warrant that all details you provide for the purposes of ordering or purchasing goods are true, accurate, current and complete, and that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and there are sufficient funds to cover payment of the product(s) ordered.
Goods will only be dispatched once full payment has cleared.
Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order at any time providing you act within 14 working days from date of delivery of the goods.
If you would like to cancel your order prior to dispatch of goods please email customercare@kiddyriffic.com
If your order has already been dispatched please follow our returns information.
Delivery
We aim to deliver the goods within 5 working days of acceptance of your order but please allow up to 7 days for your order to arrive. Please note this does not include Saturday or Sunday.
Delivery charge is free on all UK mainland orders over £60 and charged at £4.95 per order for all orders under £60.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly will be charged based on weight, size and value. We will confirm the cost of delivery before despatching your products.
Very rarely, an item may be temporarily out of stock. We will inform you if this is the case as soon we have received your order and advise you of a delivery date.
Please ensure there is someone available to sign for your parcel. Please note that should you require your items to be sent to a third party address i.e. office or other location. Kiddyriffic cannot be held responsible for any deliveries signed for but undelivered.
Please note in some cases your order may be sent in more than 1 parcel. If you do not receive everything you were expecting in your delivery, please wait until the end of the 7 working days from date of order before contacting us as the goods will be in transit.
